Sapo End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "Licensee") and Technologica SPJ LLC ("Licensor"), the holder of all rights to the mobile application "Sapo" ("Software"). This agreement governs the use of the Software within the United Mexican States.

By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this document. If you do not agree with these terms, do not download or use the Software.

1. License Grant

1.1 Scope of the License

The Licensor grants the User a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and personal license to download, install, and use the Software on a compatible device owned by the User, exclusively for personal and non-commercial purposes.

1.2 Usage Restrictions

The User is not authorized to:

• Modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the Software.
• Reproduce, distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or transfer the Software.
• Use the Software for illegal activities or in ways that violate third-party rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Software or its related systems.

1.3 Updates

The license includes the right to receive automatic updates of the Software, unless the User chooses to disable this functionality on their device.

2. Intellectual Property

The Software, including its design, source code, logos, trademarks, and content, is protected by the intellectual property laws of the United Mexican States, specifically the Federal Copyright Law. All rights are reserved by the Licensor.

The User does not acquire any ownership rights over the Software by accepting this EULA or by downloading and using the Software.

3. Privacy and Data Protection

The Licensor complies with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties. By using the Software, the User agrees to the collection, use, and processing of their personal data in accordance with the Sapo Privacy Policy, available within the application.

The User has the right to access, rectify, cancel, or object to the processing of their personal data by sending a request to: comando@sapotechnology.com.

4. Content and Community Rules

4.1 Content Publishing

The User may publish content within the application, subject to Sapo's Community Rules. It is strictly prohibited to publish:

• Personal data or identifiable information of third parties.
• Content involving harassment, abuse, intimidation, violence, or illegal activities.
• False, misleading information or content that promotes dangerous behavior.
• Content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.

4.2 Moderation and Penalties

Sapo reserves the right to remove content that violates community rules and may suspend accounts in case of repeated offenses.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Licensor shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software.
• Data loss or damage to the User's device resulting from the installation or use of the Software.
• Content generated by users within the application.

The Software is provided "as is" and "as available," without explicit or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Termination

This EULA shall remain in effect until terminated by either party. The Licensor may terminate this agreement immediately if the User breaches any of its terms. Upon termination, the User must uninstall and delete all copies of the Software from their devices.

7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This EULA is governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico City.
